Document Required:

• Fill Visa Application Form Online and take 2 Prints.
• Original Passport and Copy of its first 3 page (Must be valid for more than 18 months at the time of travel), and copy of previous Indonesian visas.
• Copy of valid NIC / Birth Certificate/ FRC.
• 4 latest passport size photographs – White Background.
• At least 6 months latest Attested Bank Statement with closing minimum balance equal to US$ 10,000 for business and US$ 1,500 for other purpose along with account maintenance letter.
• Request Letter from Company, Institution/ Department of applicant with clear description of propose of visit to Indonesia.
• Copy of Business Registration.
• Certificate & recommendation Letter from Chamber of Commerce and Industry or Business Association (For Business Visa).
• Invitation Letter from Indonesian sponsor (Business Partner, Individual, Institution/ Department) mentioning the purpose of Visit clearly.
• Proof of availability of a return ticket or ticket for forward journey
• Valid proof of confirmed hotel booking in Indonesia.
• Covering Letter from Hotel/ Travel Tour from Indonesia (for Tourism Purpose).
• Covid-19 vaccination certificate with booster shots.

assigning any reason.
