• 02 Visa Application Form – Pakistan and its Copy. (Dully filled-in & signed with by Applicant).
• Original Passport and Copy of its first page (Must be valid for more than 6 months at the time of travel) previous passports also / Previous passport lost report (English translated)
• Copy of Identity Card.
• Nadra MRC (If Couple applied for Thai Visa).
• Nadra FRC (If individual / Family Applied for Thai Visa).
• 4 latest passport size photographs – White Background.
• At least 6 months latest Attested Personal Bank Statement with closing minimum balance for personal of Rs. 350,000 and for family Rs. 700,000 along with Attested Accounts Maintenance Certificate.
• Applicants applying visa on Parents/Siblings/Spouse’s financial documents must attached Legal Affidavit from them Along with FRC/MRC.
• Request Letter from applicant with clear description of propose of visit on Company Letter Head.
• Copy of NTN / Chamber of Commerce Certificate required.
• Employment Letter with salary certificates.
